The booking is for an outdoor shoot and is obviously weather dependant. If there is a chance of adverse weather, we may have to postpone for a future date. Any changes will be communicated with you ASAP, but with the Great British weather being unpredictable this may not always be possible. So please provide a contact number where you can be reached on the day of the shoot.

 

If for some reason the venue or location becomes unavailable due to circumstances out of my control, I will try to contact you as soon as reasonably possible. So, again, it is important I have a contact number where I can reach you on the day of the shoot.

 

All payments are contactless. This can either be via card on the day of the shoot, or bank transfer before the day. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please let me know and I will send an invoice with the details on before the shoot, otherwise it will be assumed that contactless card payment on the day is acceptable. I am afraid I am unable to take any cash payments at present.

 

Bookings are for 45 minutes, and more than one will be scheduled on a particular day. Therefore please ensure you arrive promptly for your agreed time slot. If you are running late, please let me know. However there will be no guarantee that I will be able to give you a full 45 minutes should this situation arise. Delivery of images will be via digital download to minimise contact. A link will be sent once images have been edited, where you can download. Please ensure you save them to a device, as this link will only be available for a limited time.

 

If you do not wish to have previews added to Facebook or Instagram, please let me know in advance of the shoot.

 

Due to the current heath risk, any booking will be subject to the agreement of the following important conditions:

 

COVID-19 HEALTH STATEMENT TO BE READ BY ALL SHOOT ATTENDEES

 

As part of our commitment to provide a safe working environment for all present during the unprecedented, fast-changing COVID-19 situation, we need to know that you have read, and understood the following statements as part of your agreement with the photographer engaging you, in that:

 

1. You have no cause to believe that you have COVID-19, or may have been exposed to COVID-19.

2. You have been meeting the Government COVID-19 guidelines and 2m-distancing when not at work.

3. As far as you are aware, you have not been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or anyone who is showing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

4. You have not travelled to, nor to your knowledge had any contact with any individual travelling from any high COVID-19 risk countries (as deemed by UK FCO) in the 14 days prior to the shoot.

5. You have not had a cough, or a temperature of 38 degrees centigrade or above in the last 14 days.

6. If you develop a cough or a temperature of 38 degrees centigrade or above at any point before or during or within 14 days following the shoot you will immediately inform the photographer engaging you.

7. If you are over 70 years of age or have any pre-existing condition, which would put yourself at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19, as defined by the Government here, you must inform the photographer.

8. You will notify the photographer immediately should anything change as regards to the above confirmations.

 

By attending and taking part in any shoot, you will be deemed as having accepted these conditions.
