Only 1 parent/guardian to accompany child/children attending shoot.

 

All attending must be from within same household. In any case the maximum amount of people in the studio at any one time from the same household bubble is 5 plus photographer. 

 

As defined in a risk assessment, the minimum age to take part in these sessions is 4.

 

Due to the amount of children attending and the very tight time frame, sessions are limited to 15/20 minutes including printing time. This enables me to clean the studio area after each client leaves. If you are running late for your session, please contact me as there is a high chance you may not be able to be seen.

 

When you arrive, please wait in the driveway until I come out to you. If it is raining or weather is otherwise bad, please wait in your vehicle if you have one and text me on 07788277070 so I know you have arrived. I would ask you do not ring the doorbell as the chances are I will be finishing with the previous client or preparing the studio for you. I will be able to see you waiting on the camera 🙂.

 

Please keep shoes on upon arrival, and sanitise your hands using the product provided. Please avoid touching surfaces wherever possible.

 

Face masks to be worn at all times when visiting studio, unless exempt or under recommended age. They may be removed when having photograph taken.

 

Please scan QR code on arrival with NHS COVID-19 app. If you do not have the app, the contact details of the lead member of those attending will be taken for track and trace.

Due to the current heath risk, any booking will be subject to the agreement of the following important conditions:

 

COVID-19 HEALTH STATEMENT TO BE READ BY ALL SHOOT ATTENDEES:

IMPORTANT - If you, or anybody attending have any COVID-19 symptoms, or have any reason to believe you may have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, are awaiting a test result, or are self isolating, DO NOT ATTEND THE SHOOT.

As part of our commitment to provide a safe working environment for all present during the unprecedented, fast-changing COVID-19 situation, we need to know that you have read, and understood the following statements as part of your agreement with the photographer engaging you, in that:

 

1. You have no cause to believe that you have COVID-19, or may have been exposed to COVID-19.

2. You have been meeting the Government COVID-19 guidelines and 2m-distancing when not at work.

3. As far as you are aware, you have not been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or anyone who is showing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

4. You have not travelled to, nor to your knowledge had any contact with any individual travelling from any high COVID-19 risk countries (as deemed by UK FCO) in the 14 days prior to the shoot.

5. You have not had a cough, loss of taste or smell, or a temperature of 38 degrees centigrade or above in the last 14 days. 

6. If you develop a cough, loss of taste or smell, or a temperature of 38 degrees centigrade or above at any point before or during or within 14 days following the shoot you will immediately inform the photographer engaging you.

7. If you are over 70 years of age or have any pre-existing condition, which would put yourself at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19, as defined by the Government, you must inform the photographer.

8. You will notify the photographer immediately should anything change as regards to the above confirmations.

 

By attending and taking part in any shoot, you will be deemed as having accepted these conditions.
